Make yourself a priority. During the treatment cycle, taking some extra time for yourself is a way to relax and feel more centered. Fertility treatments can demand a lot of your time and energy, so finding small moments for yourself can be helpful. Whether you book a massage, take time for a quiet walk, or treat yourself to a shopping trip, taking time for you is crucial!

Say “no” when you need to. Contrary to popular belief, saying no can be healthy – especially while navigating infertility. It’s okay to decline invitations to events that are triggering to you, take a break from social media, and choose your circle of friends wisely. Taking care of yourself is never anything to apologize for!

Maintain a routine. While you don’t have to follow a rigid schedule, maintaining a general routine to start and end your day can help you to feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
